Ingredients
  • 5 Potatoes (Sliced)
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or according to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin and Coriander Powder (mixed)
Instructions
  1. step 1:
    • First, take a bowl and add gram flour.
    • Then, add salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cumin and coriander mix powder, and red chili flakes.
    • Add water and mix everything nicely.
    • Mix to make a smooth batter.
    • Now, add sliced potato chips. Make sure they are fully covered in batter.
    • Take a pan, add oil, and heat it.
    • Fry chips. Cook for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
    • Finally, take them out and serve with your favorite sauce.
