  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 6 teaspoons Tamarind sauce (sweet)
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Green chutney
  • 12 Papri pieces
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili (powder)
  • Salt ((according to taste))
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander leaves
  • 6 tablespoons sev ((for garnishing))
  • 3 Potato (boiled (cut into cubes))
  1. step 1
    • Fill a bowl halfway with yogurt. Whisk the yogurt until it is completely smooth.
    • Add salt and sugar to yogurt then, stir well to combine the flavors.

    • Take a dish and place the papris on top of it.
    • Place some chopped potatoes on top of the papris. On top, pour the green chutney and tamarind chutney. You can also add additional to suit your preferences.
    • Season with salt, chaat masala powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and chaat masala powder.

    • Drizzle the yogurt over top, then any leftover chutney. Garnish it with coriander leaves and sev.
    • Serve right away.
