Description

Garlicky, savory lime flavors permeate Lime Chicken!

To achieve the depth of flavor in a basic lime marinade, combine soy sauce for saltiness and a pinch of sugar for superb caramelization.

Perfect for a fast midweek supper and even better on the grill!

Plus, at less than 300 calories for an entire chicken breast, it's really healthful.

Let's get started.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic (cloves)
  • 4 Green onion
  • 3 teaspoons Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    • First, using a meat mallet, pound the meat to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Then, combine the lime juice, oil, onions, garlic, 2 tablespoons dill, and pepper in a shallow dish; add the chicken.
    • Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to marinate.
  2. Step 2
    • Drain and toss out the marinade. Cover and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side over medium-high heat, or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
    • Garnish it with dill and enjoy.
