Ingredients
    For sauce
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • For chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper ((crushed))
  • 1 teaspoon Salt ((or according to taste))
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili ((crushed))
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken (boneless cubes)
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken (powder)
  • Salt and black pepper for flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    • First, in a mixing bowl, combine black pepper, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, white pepper powder, spicy sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
    • Now, add the boneless chicken cubes, mix well, and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
    • Then add all-purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour, black pepper, salt, and chicken powder to a mixing bowl, mix well, and set aside.
  2. Step 2
    • Now take a mixing bowl and whisk eggs and milk together.
    • After that, coat the marinated boneless chicken cubes in the dry flour mixture, then dip them in the beaten eggs and coat them again in the dry flour mixture.
    • Heat the frying oil in a wok and fry the chicken till golden brown.
  3. Step 3
    • Combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl to make the sauce.
    • Add iceberg lettuce, crispy fried chicken, capsicum, and prepared spicy sauce on the paratha and wrap in butter paper to serve.
