- Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- All vegetables should be thinly cut. Heat refined oil in a large pan. For a minute, sauté the onions.

- The sauces, soy sauce and chilli sauce, vinegar, and sugar are then added. Toss in the noodles now.
- Season with a pinch of pepper powder, taste for salt, and turn off the heat. Garnish with celery leaves and spring onions.
- Serve with a Chinese gravy or tomato sauce.
