    • The sauces, soy sauce and chilli sauce, vinegar, and sugar are then added. Toss in the noodles now.
    • Season with a pinch of pepper powder, taste for salt, and turn off the heat. Garnish with celery leaves and spring onions.
    • Serve with a Chinese gravy or tomato sauce.
