Ingredient
  • 250 grams Fish pieces (Boneless)
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Celery (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/3 tablespoon Salt
  • Oil
  • Spring onions (To garnish)
  • For the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilly (Chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
Instructions
  1. Step 1:
    • Cut the fish into little pieces.
    • Take a bowl.
    • Add cornflour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, pepper powder, water, and salt for the preparation of the paste.
    • Now take the fish and finely dip them into the paste.
    • Then fry these finger fish.

    • Take a pan, put oil in it.
    • Add garlic, ginger, and green chilly and cook until it's brown.
    • Now, add soy sauce, chilly and tomato sauce to it.
    • Mix in the cornflour and water mixture well.
    • Then, finely put this sauce on the top of the fried fish finger.
    • Sprinkle spring onions on the top.
    • Delicious chili fish is ready!
