Ingredients
  • 250 grams Chicken ((minced))
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (paste)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala (powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom
  • Salt ((according to taste))
  • 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander (powder)
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 10 Coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    • First, wash the vegetables and drain the water, then blend finely cut onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves in a blender.
    • Also, blend minced chicken until all of the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Place this in a mixing bowl and add all of the spices.
  2. Step 2
    • Now combine the melted butter, lemon juice, and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl. Mix all of these ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.
    • Apply some butter to your hands and make seekh kababs with minced chicken mixture.
  3. Step 3
    • Now, take each skewer and cook it for 7-8 minutes on tawa.
    • If your kebabs are ready, serve them with green chutney or chili garlic sauce and sliced onions.
    • ENJOY!
