Ingredients
    For chicken
  • 3 Bread slices
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 500 grams Chicken (Cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley (dried)
  • For coating
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley (dried)
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken powder
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    • First, add shredded bread slices and milk to a bowl. Soak the bread in the milk and leave it aside.
    • Chop the chicken in a food processor for 1-2 minutes.
      Add the moistened bread and chop more.
    • Then chop for 1-2 minutes with garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, soy sauce, dried parsley, and egg.
    • Place the mixture in a bowl and chill for 30 to 45 minutes in a refrigerator.
  2. Step 2
    • Now, take a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornflour, and chicken powder, mix well.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, black pepper, salt, and dried parsley. Mix well and set aside.
    • After that take 1 egg and whisk it in a different bowl.
    • Finally, grease your hands thoroughly with oil, and make nuggets as desired.
    • First, coat in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  3. Step 3
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes after preparing all of the nuggets.
    • Note: Nuggets can be frozen for up to 30 days.
    • Take them out whenever you need to fry them.
      Deep-fried or shallow fried until a lovely golden hue appears.
