Description

Chinese are always being famous for their recipes. One of the most famous ones is chicken Manchurian. It is a traditional Chinese dish. It is prepared with special ingredients and special methods.

Ingredient
  • 250 grams Chicken mince
  • 2 Eggs (Slightly beaten)
  • 3/4 cups Refined flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • Oil (For deep frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Onions (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Large capsicum (Finely chopped)
  • For Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons Corn flour (Blended)
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons Celery (Chopped)
  • 2 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Step 1:
    • Take a bowl.
    • Add chicken, egg, flour, garlic, and ginger paste.
    • Then add water and make a thick batter
  2. Step 2:
    • Take a pan, heat the oil.
    • Then fill the teaspoon with batter and put it in the pan.
    • Cook it until it shows golden color.
    • Soak it on a paper towel.
  3. Step 3:
    • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and toss it with onions and garlic.
    • Now add capsicum and toss it a couple of times.
    • Cook until the sauce hardens and becomes transparent, then add the sauce mixture.
    • Then add fried balls and turn them a couple of times.
    • Dish is ready!
