The chicken karahi's recipe and instructions, which I'm sharing with you today are for the real deal. There are no onions to bulk up the dish; all is fresh, crisp, and plain.

- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic (paste)
- 3/2 teaspoons Black pepper
- 3/2 tablespoons Chili flakes
- Salt (according to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala (powder)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Ginger (chopped (as required))
- 2 tablespoons Green coriander (chopped)
- 4 Green chilli (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fried onion
