Description

It is crispy bread with a delicious topping on it. The topping is a mixture of fresh veggies.  The dish can be present as lunch and appetizer.

Ingredient
  • 1 Bread (Loaf of country)
  • Garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • Basil leaves
  • 5 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (Grated)
  • 1 Red chilli (Deseeded and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and pepper (To taste)
Instructions
  1. Step 1:
    • Take the bread and cut it into two half pieces from the center.
    • Cut the garlic cloves.
    • Take the pieces of bread.
    • Rub-down the garlic and sprinkle olive oil on the bread.
    • Cook it into the oven for 5 mins.
  2. For mushroom and garlic topping:
  3. Step 2:
    • Take a pan.
    • Add the butter, oil, garlic,  and cook it.
    • Add mushrooms, chopped chilies, and fry it.
    • Then add the salt and pepper and cook it 
  4. For tomato and basil topping:
  5. Step 3:
    • Take a bowl.
    • Add chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, pepper, olive oil. Mix it well. 
    • Take a serving plate.
    •  Place the bread.
    • Add topping on it.
    • Bruschetta is ready!
