What is Melons? 

Melons with a smooth peel and a pale center are known as honeydew melons. Melons, despite their name they are not high in sugar. If the carb count of this sweet-tasting melon worries you, bear in mind that honeydews contain a lot of water, which dilutes the natural sugars. Honeydew melons also include fiber and a number of important minerals, such as vitamin C and potassium.
