What is Guava?
Guava, also known as amrood in Urdu, has tiny firm seeds in the middle. It is thought to have originated in Central America, where it is also called as “sand plum.” It bears edible seeds and is round or oval in shape with light green or light yellow skin. Its flesh varies in color from white to pink to dark red.
