What is a Fluted pumpkin? 

Fluted pumpkin (telfairia occidentalis) popularly known as “ugu” is one of the usually consumed vegetables in Nigeria, specifically in the Japanese part of Nigeria, and without understanding its fitness blessings, many of us eat ugu on regular basis.

Where they usually found?

It is usually grown in West Africa as a leafy vegetable
