Blueberries

What are Blueberries?

Blueberries are tiny, delicious, and nutrient-dense fruits. Blueberries are at the top of the list as a natural superfood because of their disease-fighting qualities. They’re also available all year, making them a fantastic complement to your diet. With greater emphasis on nutrition and skin health, many people are curious about how blueberries might help them keep their skin looking young and healthy.

Where they usually found?

Most blueberries are grown in North America. Michigan, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, New Jersey, California, North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Indiana are just a few of the states. To meet the ever-increasing demand for farm-fresh blueberries, more than half of America’s fruit is exported to produce markets.
